Playing around with movement and stillness from the perspective of the 'experienced body' is said to be a kind of medicine for a culture caught in measurement & over-thinking. In this workshop we attempt to uncover the logic of sensations and the intention behind body-work and body-based therapies, working toward understanding how the 'body-as -experienced-now' can unfold into a deeper presence and understanding of mind.
