Connecting Mothers, Babies and Community
Join us for Mums n Bubs Yoga at Yoga Loft, a gentle and supportive class designed to nurture new mothers and their babies, starting February 2025. Held on the first Sunday of every month, this special session provides a unique opportunity to reconnect with your body, bond with your baby, and build a supportive community with other mothers.
What to Expect in Each Class:
• A warm and welcoming environment to connect with other mums and babies.
• Gentle yoga practices tailored to support postnatal recovery, including stretching, strengthening, and relaxation techniques.
• Exercises and playful movements to engage and soothe your baby, fostering bonding and connection.
• Breathing techniques and guided meditations to promote calm, focus, and mindfulness in this beautiful, yet often challenging, season of motherhood.
At the start of each session, we’ll take time to introduce ourselves, share our experiences, and connect with one another. This is more than just a yoga class; it’s a chance to create lasting friendships and a network of support as you navigate the incredible journey of motherhood.
Who Can Attend:
• Mums with babies aged 6 weeks to 24 months.
• No prior yoga experience is necessary.
What to Bring:
• A yoga mat (we have a few available if needed).
• A blanket for your baby and any additional comfort items.
• An open heart and willingness to connect with yourself, your baby, and the community.

Time: 10:00 AM – 11:15 AM

About me: Cveta and Baby Florence
Hi, I’m Cveta, the Studio Owner and Head Teacher at Yoga Loft, where I’ve been sharing my love of yoga for over 15 years. In 2024, I embarked on the most transformative journey of my life—welcoming my beautiful daughter, Florence, into the world. Becoming a mother at the age of 46 has been a profound experience that has deepened my connection to yoga, my body, and the power of community.
Florence has become my greatest teacher, reminding me to embrace each moment with curiosity, patience, and love. Together, we’ve navigated the challenges and joys of early motherhood, and it’s inspired me to create spaces where other mums can feel supported, seen, and celebrated.
Through the Mums n Bubs Yoga classes, my hope is to share not just the physical benefits of yoga but the deeper connections it fosters—with yourself, your baby, and other mothers. These classes are a reflection of my journey, blending the tools of yoga, meditation, and mindfulness with the wisdom and warmth of community.
