90-Minute Sound, Meditation, and Breathwork Journey
Join Tania from Sound of Sage for an immersive 90-minute experience blending sound, breath, intention setting, and meditation. A beautiful blend of ancient practices, this journey is designed to nourish both body and mind, transporting you to a deeper state of consciousness and relaxation.
You’ll be guided through a soundscape featuring Crystal Singing Bowls, Chimes, Native American Flute and Medicine Drum, designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and create inner calm. Open to all levels, this practice helps restore balance across physical, emotional, and energetic levels. A time for you to simply be and reconnect to self.
Sunday December 1st, 7.30-9pm
Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in as our session will begin at 7:30 pm sharp.
What to Bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask, and water bottle. Your temerature will drop as you relax so make sure to bring something warm.
Preparation:
Best to just eat a light meal beforehand, and bring anything that supports your relaxation.
