Beginning with a heart opening cacao ceremony & plant based essences to powerfully anchor our intentions, this 2hour workshop will introduce to you the power of touch & the cultivation of sacred space.
Led by yoga & meditation teachers Claudia Scalisi & Matt Worley, who'll be sharing with you some of the ways in which they supported their long-distance relationship through ongoing mindfulness, play and deep connection by living with yogic principles of surrender, trust and present moment awareness.
Now living in the same city, these two enigmatic yogis are inspired to share with community the art of consciously cultivating awareness within all relationships as a means to deepen our connection to humanity.
