In this 2-hour session we will explore the Discourse on Mindfulness of Breathing (the Anàpànasati Sutta).
When Thich Nhat Hanh discovered this discourse, he said;
“I felt I was the happiest person in the world.”
Starting with an orientation and explanation of the discourse, followed by guided explorations.
There is no need to have prior experience in yoga/meditation or be able to sit for long periods. We will practice mindfulness in whatever posture supports clarity, comfort, and relaxation.
*All participants will receive a summary translation and breakdown of the ‘Discourse on Full Awareness of Breathing’.
