On Relaxation - the body scan - method and practice

In this 2-hour session we explore what has come to be known in mindfulness circles as the ‘body scan’ or ‘total relaxation’. 

Introducing its many flavours from ‘Progressive -Muscle- Relaxation (PMR) to the ‘Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction (MBSR) 45minute reclined intervention, through the Plum Village serenade ‘total relaxation’ & the early Buddhist ‘anatomical-part-contemplation’. 

 We go on a journey to understand this beautiful practice more intimately and learn ways to enjoy stress free moments.
