A beginner is anyone in their first 3 years of practice, so even if you have been practicing regularly, we recommend you attend this course.
The course will meet every Saturday for four weeks, at 11:15am - 12:30pm.
In each 75 minute session, you will focus on the importance of the fundamentals in our yoga practice of breathing ("Breath"), focus ("Drishti"), use of correct muscles (Bandhas) and executing yoga poses in a sequence ("Vinyasa") so that you are empowered to practice anywhere.
The course will be delivered by our senior teachers with 10, 15 and 20 years teaching experience.
