This fun and engaging workshop is an introduction to the principles of handstand. Learn how to effectively activate the core, explore the foundation techniques and find your unique line to move safely into handstand.
We will deepen our awareness of anatomy, specific strength and conditioning exercises and drills, handstand variations, various entry and exit transitions and partner work.

The 2 hour workshop will turn your world upside down, giving you a new perspective on life! You'll walk away knowing the fundamentals of handstands, replacing any fear with a deep understanding of alignment and technique that will encourage you to start introducing them into your yoga practice more frequently.
