It is easy to see the value in ‘meditation’, it is much harder to practice it.
Along with the notion that meditation is valuable, is the idea that meditation is something that we can learn and grow wiser from practising. But how?
In this workshop, we explore the possibilities inherent in subjective experience (mind), we uncover common myths & misconceptions, develop skills through short games, experiments, & partner activities and bring to the fore the qualities of the mind that make life pleasurable and meaningful.
No prior experience necessary, this is for beginners and those who wish to explore meditation anew. We will practice in simple comfortable postures.
