Mindfulness as a way of life: A generous introduction to mindfulness meditation

Through movement based games, experiments and guided practices, we explore the relationship between the creative process known as 'mindfulness meditation' and our everyday life. Developing the foundation to do both wholeheartedly.

NATHAN SUTTER is a meditation & movement teacher, practitioner and long-time student of Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh. He practiced as a monk in France and continues as a member of Nhat Hanh's lay community the 'Order of Interbeing'. He has also trained in Mindfulness-Based-Stress-Reduction (MBSR) with the Mindfulness Training Institute of Australasia.
